This panel presentation will explore the intricate challenges and burgeoning opportunities within this domain, emphasising the integral roles played by diverse stakeholders, including lawyers, regulators, engineers, policymakers, and ethicists.

Our panel will explore the complexities of developing practical and enforceable cybersecurity regulations. We will examine how legal frameworks can keep pace with technological advancements, the intricacies of regulatory compliance, and the engineering hurdles in implementing robust security measures. Additionally, we will consider the ethical implications of cybersecurity decisions and the pivotal role that policy and standards play in shaping a secure cyber environment.

By showcasing case studies and real-world examples, our highly experienced panellists will highlight successful collaborative efforts and innovative approaches to harmonising stakeholders' varied interests and expertise. We will also discuss strategies for fostering continuous collaboration and communication among these groups to ensure that cybersecurity measures are not only effective but also equitable, democratised, and adaptable to future challenges.
