Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) is a premier non-profit organisation dedicated to bringing together women in cybersecurity from academia, research, and industry to share knowledge, experience, networking, and mentoring opportunities.Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS), established by Dr. Ambareen Siraj through a National Science Foundation Grant to Tennessee Tech University in 2013, is a non-profit membership organization which works to advance women in the cybersecurity workforce.WiCyS Australia works on behalf of women, non binary and indigenous Australians who seek to enter and progress careers in cybersecurity, while assisting employers and recruiters to find qualified candidates for their cybersecurity teams in their diversity and inclusion efforts.
