Cybermindz is a dedicated, purpose-driven not-for-profit resilience building initiative established in 2022 for the cyber sector and beyond.We operate in response to the intense pressure faced by cybersecurity professionals, who operate in a state of constant vigilance due to unrelenting cyber threats. This environment often leads to significant stress, burnout, and a high turnover rate, exemplified by the average tenure of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) being just 26 months.We were founded by internationally recognised cybersecurity and internet industry veteran, Peter Coroneos, and are supported by an outstanding team of mental health pioneers, researchers and practitioners.
