Professor Robin Doss brings more than 20 years of experience in cyber security, service innovation and executive leadership. He is an award-winning researcher and recipient of the 2019 Cyber Security Researcher of the Year award from the Australian Information Security Association (AISA). In his current role as Director, Deakin Cyber he leads a team of 150+ multi-disciplinary researchers working with industry, business, and government to advance cyber security technology, strategy, policy, and governance. In addition, he also leads the Development of Next Generation Authentication Technologies theme for the national Cyber Security Cooperative Research Centre (CSCRC). He is globally recognised expert with an extensive publication portfolio and is an advisor to multiple industry bodies. He serves on the Farm Data Code certification panel of the National Farmers’ Federation (NFF) as the technology and cyber expert, is a member of the executive council of IoT Australia, and is a senior member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
