Michael is a Cyber Security Advisor & Head of Growth for Wipro’s Cyber Security & Risk Services business in Australia delivering strategic and pragmatic Cyber Security advice and solutions to CISOs, C-suite, and Board-level stakeholders.
He brings a wealth of Cyber Security and Technology leadership over 25 years having worked with the likes of Accenture, BAE Systems, Thales Group and CGI.
Before joining Wipro in 2023, Michael was the Customer Engagement lead in the Accenture Security Practice for the Managed Security Services domain. Prior to Accenture, Michael was the Regional Managing Director of the ANZ Business Unit at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence (the Cyber Security arm of the BAE Systems Group) delivering work in mission-critical, information-intensive areas for Australian Government and the private sector.
Michael also served as the Director of Strategy for the Secure Communications & Information Systems business unit of the Thales Group, where he worked with ANZ customers to design, integrate and support C4ISR systems. From 2011-2014 Michael was the Managing Director & Vice President of the Australian operations of leading Canadian global IT and services provider, CGI Group, a 700-person business in Australia. In this role, Michael served as a member of the Global Operations Team.
