Lucas Roe is a skilled information security professional with a deep understanding of controls to govern identify, and protect information assets. Mr. Roe has over 15 years’ experience across numerous industries including telecommunications, financial services, legal services, education and government sectors. Lucas specialises in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Architecture; assisting in improving or designing effective information security management systems.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Roe served as the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance for a cybersecurity consultancy, where he was responsible for virtual CISO services and security advisory programs and projects. Before this he served as the Managing Principal for Security Architecture & Risk Quantification at Aon, as well as leading a team of security architects for two divisions of Australia’s largest bank.
Mr. Roe holds a number of cybersecurity certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Chartered Security Architect and other certifications. He holds a Bachelor of Socio-Legal Studies (Honours) from The University of Sydney.
