Ian Chen is a PRINCE2 Ambassador, industry leading project management best practice expert and practicing Data project manager that has program and project experience delivering Data Governance, Data Retention, Data Hub, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and Information Security. Ian holds one of the largest Senior Project Management certifications in Australia. Ian specialises in the Project Management methodologies from the two leading standards bodies, Project Management Institute and PeopleCert. Ian is currently working at Ramsay Health Care as Senior Data Delivery Lead responsible for Ramsay Data Hub where all Datasets are stored. Ian also established the first Agile Scrum teams in Ramsay. Prior to this, Ian worked as CTO and GM of Delivery specialising in Data and Cloud.
Ian holds over 30 certifications including from Project Management Institute: PfMP, PgMP, PMP, PMI-RMP. From ISACA: CISM.
