The Accenture Australia Cyber Response team are a client-facing IR function, servicing clients across both Australia, the APAC region, and the globe.

With a combined 50+ years in cyber security, and years of experience working together in a cohesive global IR team, this team can offer a wide breadth of experience from both this team, and backgrounds across government and private industry, here in Australia and from other regions and geographies.  

The team currently work with client of different shapes and sizes, reaching cyber crises at all corners of the globe, with a vast array of industries and verticals. With this, the Accenture IR team are a truly global entity, meaning unique experience and insight into working with local clients, and supporting major (news worthy) global clients through a vast array of cyber crises. 

The team includes a range of roles - from Senior Leadership, Technical Investigators, through to Incident PMO and Coordinators - offering a unique perspective from different contributors to the incident response journey and lifecycle, as seen below.

Ellie Watts is currently responsible for Accenture Cyber Response's global client engagement team. Her first cyber role was in social engineering simulation, training, and awareness. Since moving to Australia, Ellie has worked in the MxDR, progressing then info cyber incident and crisis response, readiness and preparedness services at Accenture.
