David is the Professor of Practice in Lifelong Learning at UNSW Canberra. He has over 30 years of experience through careers in the Australian Army, consulting, and government. He has practical experience partnering with government leaders to design and deliver transformation through professional education, organisational design focusing, behaviour change, and compelling communication. He works with government and industry partners to integrate academic research with practical experience to uplift workforce capability.
