Courtney is the Head of Capability and Engagement within the Victorian Government’s Department of Government Services, where she leads whole of government initiatives which address the human element of cyber security. Courtney brings over 15 years’ public sector experience, working across government and industry to deliver impactful programs which improve community safety.
In her role as Head of Capability and Engagement, Courtney has driven innovative behaviour change programs to enhance cyber security capability and awareness. She also leads whole of government cyber workforce diversity programs to boost participation of those identifying as women, non-binary and gender diverse.
Courtney has a degree in Behavioural Studies (Advanced Psychology and Criminology) from Swinburne University.
