Asaf is an accomplished Cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of experience in technology and security management across various industries and international roles, including Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia. He has a proven track record in leading and transforming technology initiatives, aligning Cybersecurity and technology capabilities with business strategy. Asaf's extensive experience spans the Energy, Healthcare, Information Technology, Higher Education, and e-commerce sectors. Currently, he serves as a Cybersecurity Improvements Manager for NSW Health and lectures at the University of Sydney Business School in Information Systems. Asaf is also a PhD candidate conducting a multi-year research project on Cybersecurity Governance. He holds an MScBA in Business Information Management from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University and carries industry-leading certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP), Audit (CISA), Governance (CGEIT), Risk Management (CRISC), and Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF).
