Amelia is a security advisor at Trustwave and currently holds the role of State Director for NSW, managing a team of consultants across the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) space. A master brainstormer and recovering perfectionist, Amelia specialises in helping clients across several sectors to interpret and implement industry best practices, standards, and framework requirements with finesse – solving for where budgets, business benefit and cybersecurity capabilities converge along the way.
Amelia’s previous roles have seen her interface with the private sector, government agencies, global think tanks and international organisations to deliver evidence-based cybersecurity roadmaps, national cyber security strategies, child online protection toolkits and advisory on cyber policies for several African, Arab, Asian, and Pacific nations.
