No turning back: We can't uninvent things

Every groundbreaking technology has an upside and downside. Unfortunately, we can't just choose the benefits, we'll get the problems too. Once something is invented, we can't make it go away. This applies to things like The Tor Network, cryptocurrencies, AI, strong encryption, quantum computing - even the internet itself. We need to face the triple-edged nature of modern technologies: the Good, the Bad, the Inevitable.
