In this session, Jamie will share the various stages of product security. She will be sharing insights that she has encountered in her years of working with a wide range of companies, across many types of organisations, technology stacks, and industry verticals. This will include stories of growing pains, common challenges and complaints of raising a baby, I mean product, and some simplified habits that will assist you in achieving security maturity. This will cover a range of practical, contextual and feasible actions in the area of people (having the right people in the right seats), process (bite-sized repeatable and prioritised) and technology (suitable tooling) deployable (scaleable within your budget) across the organisation (cultural adoptation).
