Tim is a scientist-practitioner, who bridges research and practice in his work. He has had over 15 years of experience, working in the tertiary, private and not-for-profit sectors. He currently works for FlourishDx as the Head of Data Science, and as an Associate Professor of Management at Swinburne University of Technology specialising in organisational behaviour and human resource management. He previously worked for Deloitte Global as a Behavioural Scientist, and the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood as a Research Fellow.
