Dr. Miller is currently the Compliance Officer for MorganFranklin where he is the organization lead for security industry standards and privacy compliance. His career covers over 30 years in information security and technology management . He is currently on NIST’s Content Review Board, ISO Programme Committee Member on Privacy, Risk Advisory Board Member with the HITRUST Alliance, and the NIH Privacy Advisory Council. His holds credentials of Doctorate of Information Systems Management from University of Oxford, Masters in IT Business Management from NCSU, and degrees from USC, MTC, TNU, CCU, and SBTS. He currently maintains certifications for: CCSFP, CBCM - ISO 22301, EDRP - EC Council Disaster Recovery Professional,• CRCMP -Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional, NFPA 1600 Auditor/Specialist, NFPA 3000 (PS) Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response Specialist, ISO 31000 Certified Internal Controls Risk Analyst, ISO 27001 CLA, CISSP, CEH, RHA – USDHS Registered HIPAA Auditor, CISA, CIPP, CCEP.
